How To Make A Complaint

How to make a complaint?

If you would like to raise a complaint with GPS Capital Markets Europe, UAB, please send an email to compliance.eu@gpsfx.com no later than within 3 months from the day on which you became aware of, or should have become aware of, the infringement of your rights or legitimate interests. Besides personal/contact information, you should specify the circumstances of the dispute and attach supporting documents based on which you are making a complaint.

Complaint will be investigated within no more than 15 working days and you will be informed in writing about the GPS decision. If, in an exceptional case, the complaint cannot be dealt with in time, GPS will inform you accordingly.

If the GPS decision does not satisfy you, or you did not receive any reply within 15 working days, you have the right to contact the Bank of Lithuania, for further details please visit the Bank of Lithuania website.
