Based in Salt Lake City, UT, the company was founded in April, 2002 by Ryan Gibbons Jason Langston, and Ali Manbeian-all former financial institution executives with over fifty years of combined experience in risk mitigation, exchange hedging, ecommerce solutions, and business development.
